We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money orders and personal Checks made payable to JV manufacturing, Inc., the parent company of Watermiser®. When a personal check is used, the merchandise is shipped after the check has had a chance to clear the bank, usually within 8 business days. Your credit card statement will show JV Manufacturing, Inc. as the payee. The WATERMISER® Industrial Waterbroom is warranted free from defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If your Watermiser® Waterbroom fails to operate properly under normal conditions, due to defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. Warranty on the Waterbroom wheels is limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The WATERMISER Clean Green Machine® Waterbroom is warranted free from defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. If your Watermiser Clean Green Machine® fails to operate properly under normal conditions, due to defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. Warranty on the Watermiser Clean Green Machine® wheels is limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Watermiser Clean Green Machine® was developed for residential use. It is not meant to be used in a commercial/industrial environment and any such use will void the warranty for the Clean Green Machine. Watermiser Power Showerheads and Watermiser Faucet Flow Controls carry a limited lifetime warranty, and are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. This warranty is valid for the original installation only. Damage resulting from improper installation such as cross threading, or surface scratching resulting from use of tools during installation, is not covered under warranty. PROCEDURE FOR RETURN ON WARRANTY The purchaser will be responsible for freight to and from JV Manufacturing. Contact JV Manufacturing to make a warranty claim and to receive a return authorization number. Return the product freight prepaid along with a copy of the original purchase invoice and a written description of the problem including the return authorization number to the address below. JV Manufacturing does not accept freight-collect shipments. A product found to be defective or otherwise covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced per the above policy and returned freight-collect. Claims for damage occurring during shipment must be made to the carrier. JV Manufacturing reserves the right to change the price, design, material, or specifications of any product without notice. At it's sole discretion, JV Manufacturing may elect to refund a purchase, less a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price, with the condition that the purchased product be returned to JV Manufacturing in new, resellable condition. Any refund that may be issued will occur after the product has been received and inspected. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping Options Orders are usually shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Should you require a quicker Federal Express option, please call our toll free number to make arrangements – 877-744-9944. We reserve the right to change carriers and ship best way at any time. Shipping and handling charges will be determined by weight and added to your order. Shipping and handling for orders from outside the Continental United States will be individually figured and will require you to contact us by phone at 877-744-9944. All orders larger than 110 lbs will not calculate shipping. Shipping will be added once the best rate available has been determined. For orders outside the Continental US, please contact us for product pricing and shipping info. Delivery Time Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed with two business days.
